What we collect

What you give us: your name, phone number, email, the property address, and what you tell us about the job. When we inspect, we take photographs and measurements of the property. If you reach us through an ad, we receive the details you entered in that ad’s form.

Why

To answer your request, inspect the property, write your estimate, do the work, and keep the record of it. We contact you about the request you made. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who else handles it

Companies that run parts of this site for us, under their own privacy terms: website hosting (Vercel), the database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and our business email and calendar (Google). They process your information only to provide those services.

Telling us to stop

Tell us any way you like — reply to a message, call, say it in person, or use the Stop contacting me page — and we stop contacting you on every channel. We keep a record that you asked, so that you are not contacted again by mistake.

Seeing or deleting your information

Call (936) 689-5603 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete what we are not required to keep for the work we did.

Cookies

The public pages set no tracking or advertising cookies. The team login sets a cookie that keeps a team member signed in.
